We found more issues in your saved game file.

Hi, it seems to be just non-functional diagnostic units causing the hospitalization side of things to not work at the department.
We already have it on our list to ensure the exam tables can't be placed right next to a wall in this case (keeping the thread open until this is actually in the game), let me attach a screenshot of how the working setup looks. Hope this helps, cheers!
