[OPEN] Patient waiting for Tests at Inpatient Only Labratories

Bug did not exist before the latest update.  I did not have a waiting room before in this spot and the patients would "not" wait at the proper waiting room.  Instead if there was no room there then they will just leave the hospital due to a lack of a waiting room..  Now they are waiting for Inpatient Laboratories and never getting any service.

See attached save file.  Labs are on the first and second floor.  The second floor is meant for Inpatients only.

Hi, we're looking into it - looks like we have one more exception, the game will need to handle the situation when a patient is hospitalized by the time they get their sample taken but released back to the clinic by the time the results are ready.
