[OPEN] Janitor disabled CAG room

Long story short: janitor parked her bucket cart in front of the angiograph machine and now the room is disabled because "Employee has no workspace"

Perhaps make it so that janitor can't park their trolleys in front of important equipments? Funny thing is that after disabling my angiograph that said janitor went to clean the corridors and did not move the cart for many hours all in while long line of patients were waiting to get in the CAG. Can't just delete the bucket cart either because it is in use. Had to fire that said janitor, then moved the cart and hired a new janitor, a bit more intelligent one this time I hope.
