Is this normal? Trauma room trouble.

In my trauma rooms there are two operating tables in use for some kind of surgery but i can't do anything with them. I can't even see wich patient is on the table. Can't select it, also can not delete it.
Is this normal or is it a bug?

Trauma tables aren't supposed be used for surgery so this is definitely a bug lol.

Interesting view from four of the ten toilet stalls on the first floor - or should I say into them.

Yeah, privacy means nothing to me in this hospital.
