[NEW LOW] visual bug: Doctors Uniforms

If you hire a doctor for a clinic job, and later switch them to a hospital job, they will keep wearing their clinic uniform, and vice versa. It is never updated. Probably can add a small check when assigning doctors to a job slot to update their uniform.
