[OPEN LOW] Surgery doctors

Description:
Not assigning doctors in surgery department

Steps:
When I (or AI) send the patient to surgery dep., they doesn't get assigned a doctor and instead, sit on the chair near their surgery rooms as seen here
and I need to assign the patients to the doctors manually.
BTW on the pic there were 2 patients already in the room but stuck and I needed to change their department to another and then back to surgery again to unstuck them...

Hi, thanks for the save! I'm pretty sure this only happens to player-controlled patients so it's technically correct, they're waiting for you to select an examination, diagnosis or treatment.
What seems incorrect though is that they're not showing the 'player control' icon above their heads to notify you this is the case. We'll fix that.

I dont even know there is any, I probably read the newest patch notes wrong But anyway I was playing like an hour and no player control above their heads whole time.
