[RESOLVED] No free beds available when there are lots with internal medicine

All beds are open but I have patients at observation that say there are no free beds in internal medicine. *I edited the staff number to be higher because 200 isn't enough to keep the floors clean. Attached is the saved game files and output log. Also janitors are still not cleaning all dirty areas even with 4 janitors day and night with labeled corridors.

Hi, thanks for the report! This actually looks like there's not enough nurses for patient transfers at internal medicine department - we're updating the messages for the next patch, so the game will correctly report 'long wait for transport' instead of 'long wait for bed' in similar cases.

Also, having a quick look at the janitors, they sure seem to be really busy, but given the sheer size of the department and the activity there, this looks pretty normal. We'll probably have one more look at the values of what is considered dirty enough to be cleaned and how quickly the dirt is applied, maybe it can be made a bit more efficient/natural.
