[QUESTION] Are all events supposed to be off at night?

Because I had the first event (Crash) able to be selected even though it was night, so I did that.  The incoming patient list showed up and the countdown timer started, but the patients did not start arriving in ambulances until it got light out.  Consequently I was only able to cure four of the five before time ran out.  I reloaded from before I pressed that button.

Well - events are working only during day shift - as clinics are open only during the day.

But we are already working on events to be changed - in the future they will be working also during the night
