[RESOLVED BACKOG] Unavailable examinations block the active examinations

Preconditions: AI is ordering several examinations at once. A examination uncovered a new symptome. This new symptom makes some examinations obsolete.

Expected result: AI is automatically removing obsolete examinations.

Actual result: Obsolete examinations stay in the que until the player removes them manually or the patient leaves/dies.

Note: Often the AI plans a examination that already happened bevore and blocks the que as well.

The extra examinations usually make sense as long as there are any hidden symptoms left and whether an examination is started doesn't depend on the current state of uncovered symptoms but only on departments/staff/available equipment, so I expect the problem will be related to one of these - anyway, the save should tell us more.

Hi, if the problem was actually in unavailable examinations/treatments blocking the next one in the line, this should get fixed by a feature we're currently working on (skipping the currently waiting examinations/treatments if something else can be started).
