[RESOLVED] More unavailable examinations, and some wrongly listed symptoms
Fri Jan 08, 2021 12:16 pm
Following my previous post in November, I've found a few more cases of examinations not being routinely available without going into doctor mode:
Cystic fibrosis - no abdominal palpation available
Chronic kidney disease - no speech listening available
Kidney stones - no temperature measurement available
Migraine - no abdominal palpation available
MERS - no abdominal palpation available
Hypothyroidism - no abdominal palpation available
Tetanus - no neck palpation available
Cholera - no heart monitoring available in trauma centre
Portal vein thrombosis - no FAST available in trauma centre
As well as this, I've found a couple of symptoms listed wrongly in the game:
Brucellosis - the primary symptom for this condition (Brucellosis confirmed) is listed as a "medium" but it pulses, so it should be relisted as "high"
COPD - the primary symptom for this condition (obstructed airways) is listed as a "medium" but it pulses, so it should be relisted as "high"
Thanks!

Hi, one more update before I mark this as resolved - we've also added a bit of code that checks the game database when the game starts, so we'll be able catch any other cases of this issue. A small bonus: if a similar problem gets introduced in any of the mods, the game will automatically correct it as well.
