Training of staff to improve skills or become faster

I remember from the old days the game Theme Hospital where you could create a classroom and train your doctors to become better ones and/or to acquire special skills. It would be great if there was some kind of training in Project Hospital too. For example: Not all staff is able to take on all roles like surgery assistant. If there was a classroom where doctors and nurses could be trained to take these roles, it would make the workforce more flexible and have operating theatres processing patients faster.
Also doctors should be able to train themselves to make better and faster diagnoses.

Another idea is some kind of fitness area, or health training where nurses can be trained to transport patients faster.

This way the player can decide to follow a strategy where the employees are trained continuously, so that the quality of the hospital keeps improving.
