Just throwing it out there for what else we'd like to see in the game, either via Mod or DLC/updates....

> Cafeteria/Kitchen
> Pharmacy
> Storage/Equipment/Maintenance
> Morgue/Crematory
> Maternity/Neonatal
> Billing/Admin?

Whole different add-on as specialized care hospitals:

> Psychiatric care
> Cancer care
> Children's care

As far as I know, Cancer (Oncology) and Maternity (Obstetrics) are left out on purpose - and by that, won't appear on any future DLC. The developers has said, though, that customers are welcome to add these conditions/departments through modding, if necessary.

Darn! Any guess as to why? Heck, I thought obstetrics would've been included at some point. pale

Too sensitive topics. It's 2018, there's a lot of sensitive people out there. Neutral  If this game were made 50 years ago, everything would be possible.

Except, of course, developing or playing it.

Seems more likely that isn't just more difficult to program.
