[RESOLVED] Can't Place an Ambulance in Sandbox Map After Patch 8

The 4th empty sandbox map can't place an ambulance anywhere at all, other sandbox maps also suffered the same problem but to a lesser degree (not being able to be placed at most grids rather than all grids). This happened after patch 8 is released, I observed that I can't place or relocate an ambulance in one of my saved hospital. To make sure it isn't a problem with one saved files, I load every new sandbox maps to test it out and I found out it wasn't only my saved files. Prior to the recent patch, I could place an ambulance almost anywhere outside of the main road.  

Here, I uploaded the bugged map, I never tweaked the map (or anything other than the max floor and staff limits in tweakables.xml), it's what as it is when I loaded a new sandbox map.

Error is "Ambulance can't be placed outside of hospital property."
I'm trying to put it in the car park as usual but can't place it anywhere.

I just had this issue as well. It seems like it's only wanting it to be in the parking lot area of the first 96x96 map in the bottom corner. This also holds true for the third 96x96 map, as well. Furthermore, ambulances are now stopping at the drop of/loading zone from the middle 96x96 map.

My ambulances are also stopping midway between the original ambulance unloading site and the street intersection. All except the very first one which was apparently in transit when I made the save. That one landed where it was supposed to. But then the patient came out upright and slid to the left until the stretcher, which was proceeding normally with a headless body on it, was in the trauma room. When the stretcher reached the trauma room, the game said the room was broken and the patient would be relocated. Then the patient finally appeared in the trauma room, no longer headless.

Yeah from the looks of things it looks like they only want to stop at the spot that’s the drop off point for the middle map. Which is weird since they only want to be placed at the lot of the first map. You’d think it’d be the same if this error was to happen.

Yeah, I had the same issue. Finally, I was able to place an ambulance in the corner of the map: https://ibb.co/G5P8GyK It seems bugged since newest update.

Hi all, sorry about the issue and thanks for spotting this! It's most likely a side effect of one of the current fixes regarding object reservation (there are hidden objects marking the position of the parking lot).

It's now fixed and we'll get an early patch out probably tomorrow already, it should get fixed also in already saved games.
