Challenge 1 is supposed to have ambulance cases as part of the challenge, but I'm not getting any ambulances in, and I thought it was because I hadn't purchased an ambulance, but I can't even do that because they say ambulances need to be unlocked.

Hi, challenge 1 does not need ambulances, insurance company only sends mobile patients. Have a great day
