[OPEN] Deleting operating table splits in half, doubles your refund

Build an operating table with medical lights overhead.
Click on the trash icon on the menu, and then click on the head of the operating table to delete the overhead light.
Then click on the head of the operating table again and it will delete the other light and only that half of the operating table, giving you a $2499 refund, and leaving the other half of the table in the room.
Click on the remaining half and it gives you another $2499 refund.

Edit: This also happens with the modern hospital bed, and with both desks, as long as there is an item on top of the desk in the square you are NOT clicking on.
