If you pick up an already placed object in build menu and click on the remove button (trash bin) while the object is marked, the object disappears and you get no refund.

Hello - you get parcial refund (never the same price of the object) only when using "trash" or "buldozer" deletion tool.

Yes I know, but I don't think the object should just disappear without refund. Try it yourself. Pick up an item you already placed and with the item selected click on the trashbin. The item will disappear and you will not get any refund att all.

Well, we know about it and it will be tuned in some future update - please be patient

We know that if you will get no refund from the flower vase it is something +/-painless, but in the case of MRI or CT it is very disappointing.
