Ideas after visiting a hospital

Well...I found some departments and other things that could be implemented later:

Dental clinic - odontology works different than other clinics. Usually a doc and a nurse are working together on a patient and while a normal torture chair is enough to treat most cavities, there might be the need for dental labs creating replacement teeth and and implants- Also, another kind of X-ray room just for doing jaw/head X-ray exams could be required. I remember those things buzzing around my head. Restorative facial surgery could arise later like rebuilding jaw bones after cancer or treating casualties of an accident. We might gain rooms that differ a bit from the others.

Pathology - get corpses from the coroner and help justice. Also, do autopsies from deceased patients to uncover cause of death and whether that was your fault.

Hospital pharmacy - now patients can visit those with a prescription and you gain money for providing them with drugs, pills and ointments.

(Cardio-) Vascular surgery - just another specialist department.

Our staff might need changing rooms and the nurses could need an utility room where medicine can be stored. I find it rather silly to place those into every room. If they are dishing out food to hospitalized patients, then there should also be a kitchen, where food is cooked and maybe as well sold at a cafeteria to visitors (which were anounced, if I recall correctly).

Geriatry - cope with the special needs of the elderly.

Departments helping recovery like a swimming pool or gym for physiotherapy.

It also would be useful to be able to build under the basement as well as add some more floors.

Maybe oncology too and palliative departments too? Because you know, every poor patient can't be saved. That is how it is in real life so.
