Nurse stood there and it said she was preforming aid . Then a notification came up that there was a long wait for transport (despite the nurse standing there) then the patient was transported away .

Hi, thank you for the report. Can you please upload your save as well so we can have a look.
In the meantime do you remember if you had a pop up that the patient was waiting for bed? That would mean the patient was waiting for bed after collapse and you did not have any free so they took the patient away.
