Patient stuck in the corner on screen.  They stuck so long and leave.

This looks like the patient's path is blocked by something - it doesn't have to be walls or objects but it could be also areas of the hospital marked as red in management mode. Hi, thanks for the update! Do you think you could save the game when it happens the next time and upload it here? It's hard to judge what the cause could be without being able to look at the specific situation.

One random idea what to check would be: is there enough space for patients to wait at the reception? If not, they come one by one and some patients will be waiting at the corners, although they should be hidden (so it doesn't seem to match what we're seeing here completely).
