[OPEN]Achievement Bug

I am still unable to attain some of the simpler achievements, which I believe everyone should have, such as

Going up
Build first floor.

Top floor please!
Build maximum amount of floors.

I insure you
Contract an insurance company.

I have tried deleting everything in appdata and starting over, and have reported the bug before. I saw in one of the patches there was an attempt to fix this, but so far it has not helped me.

Hi, there is some issue with Steam not registering unlocked achievement, that affects some players. We will be adding check when starting the game to report again all achievements gained in the game. That should hopefully fix the issue. I will keep this bug open for now
