Custom Hospitalizations Empty Custom Hospitalizations

Is there a way to add custom hospitalizations that use specific rooms? I kinda like the ability to have examinations take place in the ICU so I would like to do the same for a custom department.

Also, while I'm at it... Is there a way to make doctors and nurses wear surgery scrubs permanently?
