Custom Scenarios

HI all,

Apologies if this has already been asked. I've searched every subject on this forum and can't find out how to create a custom scenario. Anyone know how to do it?

Hi, when you have a hospital build (sandbox with free building is the best way to start), you can create a scenario from the ingame menu. If you're playing the Stream version, you can then upload it to workshop from the main menu.
