Sometimes I get a patient standing near emergency waiting room, doing nothing and with patient's screen all grayed out.

Assigning the patient to another dpt and back solves the issue. Save file attached, please have a look at patient Margaret Bonnar.

Hi, as mentioned here in your previous bug report. This can be caused by not updated or wrongly implemented mod. Did you see this behavior in the base game? If so save without the mods would be very helpful.
