[OPEN LOW] Just a small typo

I felt like this was too small to report but also it was kinda bugging me and I was gonna post this over in the translation section but I thought it wasn't really a translation problem. You can see in the file I attached the loading screen says "Good chief doctor make your staff happier and more efficient." Only problem with that sentence was there should be an A at the start of the sentence or you can put a S at the end of doctor. Examples: "A good chief doctor can make your staff happier and more efficient."  or  "Good chief doctors can make your staff" bla bla bla. Just a little suggestion that was bugging me a bit.
