[RESOLVED NOT A BUG]Simple ultrasonography on TC does not reveal essential symptoms of disease
Thu Jun 11, 2020 3:39 pm
In challenge mode (general surgery), a patient who has been transported by ambulance with symptoms of gallbladder rupture cannot detect any symptoms, even if a rapid simple ultrasonography is performed.
A 45-year-old female, teacher patient, shown in the center of the screen shot.
From a combination of other symptoms, the diagnostic candidates are focused on acute cholecystitis or gallstones, and ultrasonography should find essential symptoms for either disorder, but none.
Eventually, I made a differential diagnosis on this patient to identify the disease and transferred it to general surgery.

Hi thank you for your report. This is actually correct. You need to do the full USG examination to reveal the main symptom. And that can only be done at General surgery department. The fast is a quick examination to reveal minor symptoms. The last two possible diagnoses were from that department so the AI doctor would transfer the patient there to do rest of the examinations.
