[FEATURE REQUEST] Detailed Statistics panel

Features for the Detailed Statistics panel:
- see how much each staff member has worked in the past few days, preferably as a percentage of the employed time...
- see how much each room has had activity, not just the statistic with the counts for workload levels that we're getting after each shift
- see how many of the patients are coming at night vs at day, on average
- ability to choose between daily, weekly or monthly stats
Etc!

I haven't thought this through too much, but without this feature, it's harder to complete the campaigns, or to start scenarios/challenges with big hospitals. It's just too much work to optimize them.
