Do you need multiple sets of everything?

Hi Y'all,

I know that there is a reservation system for toilets, signified by the bubble with the character's picture. This means that only one character can use the toilet at the same time. However, can charactes use one hand dryer or sink at the same time? Furthermore, I noticed that technologists can ignore collision and use the glassware at the same time. I'm wondering if this applies to other objects in the hospitalization category like wards, on-call offices, and nurse stations. For example, can doctors use the hand sanitizer, the medical cabinet, or the defibrillator at the same time? Thanks.
