I have not been having any trouble to date, but this morning I logged on and my screen is black.

I have the same problem. The first floor is exactly like your print screen. The others floors appear, but the floor doesn't.

Hi and thank you for your report. Are you using mods? More levels mod is currently broken and disabling it should fix this issue. Let us know if that was your case
