[RESOLVED NOT A BUG]elevators can go through roof area

i found a very strange bug - i placed two elevators that service all floors apart from roof level - however upon placing the elevators
they go to roof level as you can see its placed too close to helipad that i built but however there is elevator for helipad only

the elevators shouldnt not appear at roof level because the fountians are removed from roof level
its should stop elevator placing there

i dont know if its bug or suggestion

Hi and thank you for your report. This is actually not a bug. Elevators always go to the highest floor. So the roof is technically the floor above your last floor. I am afraid that elevator only for helipad is not possible.
