About gynaecology and obstetrics, pediatrics

Dear devoloper:
I m a doctor of China and now plan to finish my PHD courses in Erasmus MC in Niederland. As a player of this wonderful game I played it since 2018 in my spare time, its very interesting to me and, of course, as a doctor I m apprieciated that I have the chance to experiencing such an authentic and fascinating game. That is why I purchased every DLC at the first time and spent more than 100 hrs on it.
Till the  last DLC TRAUMATOLOGY I apprieciated every DLCs you have released. But as we all known, this game is popular for its reality, it contains most of common diseases, clinical procedures and departaments but  without gynaecology and obstetrics, pediatrics,  which makes me sad. I think that would be happier if my hospital full of new-born children and  innocent scene rather fall-downs and deaths only.
I m writting this letter to consult to you that do you have any plan to add these two important departments in future DLCs? If you have decided to do so, I will be apprieciate to waiting for your good news!

I concur - pediatrics can be depicted without 'grim' scenarios like dying children just exclude them from lethal stuff and just keep in mind, that in reality shit happens. It would be a good addition to the game.

你好！Gynecology is already on the workshop which you can download. There are also more mods you can pick like ENT, Oncology, Plastic Surgery, Urology and Sexual Health.
