[NEED MORE INFO] All tests done, still has symptoms left over: part 2, the problem still exists

Still having the same problem. All tests are done, but not all symptoms have been found.

Hi, thanks for the message! Is there a chance you still have a save (or an autosave) with this patient so we can check the details? If I remember correctly a similar issue should be fixed in the latest patch and we couldn't find any more discrepancies related to these symptoms in the database, but it looks there's at least one more.

Just to be sure - is this happening in the vanilla game without any mods affecting examinations and diagnoses?

Same mods - just extra insurers. Nothing affecting examinations or diagnoses.

I've checked DiagSurg for this condition. All the symptoms are in there. All the tests are in there

When I try to upload, I get a message saying "Could not upload file : exceeded total storage space. (Free space : 3658)"

Success! It worked this time. Save game with this patient, with his undiscovered symptoms, in the hospital

Hi, thanks for the save! I can see the patient, the symptom in question is 'painful urination' - which is one of two symptoms we changed in patch 34 so that the patients always mention them during interview to prevent this very issue (but the patient already decides whether to tell about their symptoms right when they spawn). Is it possible that the patient already existed in the save before patch 34? He's already been hospitalized for a while in day 185.
