I observed: when using this department, it quickly overloads my labs so...maybe either the doctors could do quick tests themselves in their office or we might need a dedicated STAT lab for ID where the patients are sent with priority and that do PCR samplings, immuno-assays and quick tests to relieve our lab unit a bit.
