I would really like to see this game get updated to Universal 2 for M1 Macs. The Latest Unity LTS supports it so I think it would be nice if Project Hospital was in the Vanguard of supporting this new ecosystem.

I know that OpenTTD has Universal 2 Binaries on both Steam and GOG. So it is possible. I'm not sure if it'll be as simple as the click of a build button but who knows unless it's tried?
