[MODDED RESOLVED] Serologic sampling unavailable in Emergency department

Not really a bug (working as intended according to the game tooltip), but more of an oversight.

With the introduction of the Infectious Diseases DLC we now have Influenza type A and B, one being treated in Emergency, one in Infectious Diseases department.

However, with the only difference between the two being a different result of serologic sampling examination, the AI is incapable of finding the correct diagnosis in case where an Infectious Diseases department doesn't exist in the hospital. The player must intervene and either send the patient to a department other than Emergency for the test to become available, or manually set the diagnosis.

Therefore serologic sampling should really be made available in the Emergency Department.

Hi, James here. Is it possible that you have a mod called Bedside Examinations? Because Bedside Examinations may be the reason why you are unable to select them.
