SC4 had this feature and i would love to have it in project hospital!

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately the game has a dynamic music system that blends between different synchronized versions of the tracks according to what's happening in the game (day/night, normal day/events/critical patients), so fitting a custom soundtrack wouldn't be easily. You can try to replace the files under ProjectHospital_Data/StreamingAssets/Audio/Music by your files with identical names, but I don't think it will work better than just muting the ingame music and running a music player in the background.
