[NEED MORE INFO] impossible to perform a test in serology

Hello it is impossible to perform a test in serology although all the equipment is there, it tells me that I do not have the equipment or the staff who is also there.

Hi, welcome to the forum! I can't see the screenshots you mentioned - could you please try to upload them using the "host an image" icon?

Generally: for serology testing you need hematology lab with a RIA machine, it shouldn't require any special skills from the staff, so probably worth checking the lab and equipment.
