changing departments that can prescribe gastroscopy

Hey guys

I know this is a very niche case, but I am wanting to change the files to allow gastroscopies to be performed in emergency, observation and/or trauma center.

Right now they can't be performed and the doctors do all available tests and just scream at me saying they can't diagnose the patient, eventually transporting them out

I tried in examinations.xml adding in acute_medicine and adding in trauma center and observation, but no luck

Can anyone here help me to allow emergency to prescribe gastroscopies, or automatically transfer observation patients to general surgery to get it done there?
