I can't prescribe it at ICU and I don't think you can at the trauma center either, but I'm not sure about that one.

Hi, thanks for the message - having quickly checked this with the designers, this treatment only affects secondary symptoms that aren't dangerous for the patient and don't cause any discomfort, so it's meant to be prescribed when the patients aren't in critical state.
