Selecting specialization for created janitors not possible

I found this bug as I do like to hire scrubs and level them up. It is not possible though to select specialization for janitors as they level up.

So ironically the staff training / leveling added by the Hospital Services DLC does not apply to the gift shop and the janitor management added by forementioned DLC.

Can you please fix this?

For everyone interested, I found a workaround for myself:

Hi Vojta and thanks for your reply. This is a bit helpful as I want my janitors to be level one when I hire them. I would prefer a fix but I guess we won´t get one as I agree after skimming through the forum threads, this is not game braking.

Maybe one day you can provide the source code and open the game for some enthusiasts to step in and finetune this gem.

I found a viable workaround by editing the savegame. Search for your janitor you want to specialize, make sure he is level two at least. Then search for the lines:
</m_unusedSkillLevels>
</m_skillSet>

Add this inbetween so it looks like this:
</m_unusedSkillLevels>
<m_specialization1>
<m_gameDBSkill>
<GameDBPointer ID="DLC_SKILL_JANITOR_SPEC_MANAGER" />
</m_gameDBSkill>
<m_level>1.00000001</m_level>
</m_specialization1>
</m_skillSet>

Afterwards you can change it to whatever you want. Luckily you only need to do this for one manager and a handful of gift shop guys.
