Cool!
Are you planning a separate walk for medical staff and patient into the OP? Is an anesthesia room perhaps needed before, as usual in Europe clinics?

That looks fantastic!!!!! Small a detail as it may be, I love the numbering on the walls for the different operating theatres! The art is absolutely excellent, I'm a big fan of isometric 3d and this game is one of the better examples of why! When this is full of patients and staff I imagine it is going to look wonderful! Great job Oxymoron, I've never been more excited for a game than I have this one!

I must admit, I'm really excited for this game.
I have rarely felt so much eager to play an unreleased game before, and I have even chosen to be active on this forum because of the excitement.
So far it looks really good. Are you working on simple animations or more advanced animations for staff NPC and patient NPC?

Hi, a few quick replies:
The patients get anesthetized after they arrive to the operating room.
Regarding the entrances, it's possible to build quite a few different layouts, but it generally looks the best to have a separate prep room for the staff like in the screenshot.
A vast majority of the objects is interactable, although the screenshots of course have some extra items that aren't necessarily required in some rooms and non-interactive decorations to look prettier
When it comes to the level of simulation, we try to go quite far - for example surgeries have a few dozens of steps including staff changing clothes, preparing the room and the patient, operating different machines, using the tools etc.
Still, we're very limited both by our production bandwith and technology, so we can only go so far when it comes to perfect positioning, moving objects etc.
