Forum ranks
Wed May 23, 2018 12:07 am
I know bigger part of internet users don't give a damn about forum ranks/ titles - but for some people, it's a nice to look at how much posts/ what rank they have (and some are almost obsessed with having better/ maximum rank). So lets put your ideas here - after some time, I'll make a poll for the final set of ranks. We're talking ranks depending on a number of posts here, as special ranks as a beta tester/ consultant/ moderator etc. are based on different positions
Right now, ranks differences are too low and there are only a few ranks - so put your ideas here and let's change it! Put any (reasonable) number of ranks of your choosing, together with how much posts will be needed to get that rank. Only conditions are, that it can't be anything vulgar or insulting and should be related to a hospital environment (of any kind). A maximum number of ranks used in the end will be 15-20.

well for starters - Modders would have own group and rank example Hosptial modder
for very active members like me - i would call Hosptial Ceo - simllar idea over in discord in hosptiallze discord which shows people who is very active and help out
Ceo ranks would reach 100 posts or more

I have already been in several admin teams of various forums and know how difficult the first assignment of the ranks can be. Especially as the hospital hierarchy here in Germany is much different than in America, for example. So please have some indulgence! The previous ranks are in my opinion ever a good start. I would only expand it therefore.
That also brings the least effort because you have finally enough other things to do (not meant evil! ).
My suggestions:
Medical Assistant
Medic
Intern
Residency Graduate (?)
Resident
Chief Resident
Attending
Chief (?)
I would increase the number of posts for the respective rank depending on the final number of places. Everything else would almost have to be regulated by special ranks.

Hmm, so I could only get up to 11 following the traditional U.S. M.D. route (i.e., not bringing in medical assistants, paramedics, nurses, physician assistants, etc.). This could probably be expanded upon a little using non-official titles (e.g., Junior attending/senior attending) or somehow blending it with a European system. Anyway, here's the list I came up with:
1. Premed
2. Medical Student
3. Sub-Intern
4. Intern
5. Resident
6. Senior Resident
7. Chief Resident
8. Fellow
9. Attending
10. Department Chair
11. Chief of Medicine
1. Premed
2. Medical Student
3. Sub-Intern
4. Intern
5. Resident
6. Senior Resident
7. Chief Resident
8. Fellow
9. Attending
10. Department Chair
11. Chief of Medicine
