Hi everybody!

I was wondering if the game is going to be translated and if so, which would be the languages included. I can help with Spanish, as I am a native speaker!

I can do the same with French

Finnish

I am available for translation into Italian

I would like to try some german translations

Hi all, once again big thanks, this is so appreciated!

It's true that there will be quite a lot of text in the game (especially the descriptions of all the different diagnoses), so it will help to have more translators for each language - and the localization data support that.

To talk a bit about the practical side: it makes sense to start the localization process a bit closer to release when the English texts are more or less final - speaking from experience, updating the translations when something changes can be really time consuming as well, so we'd like to minimize the number of iterations. So for example for those that have signed up to participate in the beta - feel free to have a look at the data, but don't just jump into translating yet, we'll let you know when the game is ready.

Let me know if you'd like to see some technical details, I'm going to update our FAQ with the list of languages in the meantime.

Wow, there are many languages already! That's gonna be great for the game and its potential players. I would love to have a look at those technical details mentioned in Jan's post, as I am on holidays right now and can spend some free time on this task.

If necessary, I can make a translation into Dutch. Dutch is my mother language and i have a degree in clinical chemistry, so most hospital terms wouldn't be much of a problem to me.

Hi all, so happy to see so many of you offering to help! I think it's time to start a section on the forum for localization, so you can open a topic for each language etc.

The best time to start the actual translations will be pretty close to release though, the texts in the game are still changing and more are being added and it will save a lot of time if the translators don't need to revise their work over and over again because the original texts changed once more So, I'd say late September/early October will be the time.

Hi there. It is very surprising that this promising game doesn't have Japanese language.  I'm a  junior resident, I'll do tasks for Japanese translation if needed.
