[RESOLVED] Tutorial 3 bugs
Thu Nov 01, 2018 12:08 am
1. It is not clear you need a doctor with "operative surgery"
2. It is not clear you need a nurse with "operative surgery"
3. Once you determine the patient has lacerations that require surgery, they should be sent directly to the OR, but they first go to the ward.
4. During surgery it appears they do not give a blood transfusion or put on any bandages or other care, so AFTER surgery they need to get extra care.
5. The ICU seems broken as well as the normal ward. Post OP the patients end up dying or going to other hospitals because it says normal beds or ICU beds are not available (they are).
6. Sometimes the second ambulance to arrive gets stuck taking patient out and requires sometimes multiple reloads to work.
7. Why do they leave trails of blood? It would seem that blood puddles should be where they are being cared for, and perhaps sometimes from the ambulance to the trauma rooms.

Hi, sorry for the late response, but we are still swamped after the release, but just to let you know the third tutorial was simplified so its easier and some steps are more clear. And it will be ready in another upcoming patch when the new localisation for all the languages are done.
It helps with some of the steps you mentioned, but some are part of our gameplay loop and will not be changed.
1. and 2. is explained more.
3. hospitalisation on ward is necessary so patient can have reserved bed and will be sure he can be transferred there after the surgery.
4. Each treatment requires different room and equipment and operation rooms are only for surgeries. This is one of the occasions where gameplay had priority over reality.
5. and 6. fixed
7. Patients have some symptoms that "bleed" and if not suppressed they will "bleed" during transfers. Little indication that patient is still not ok
Thank you for your support and have a great day
