[OPEN] Text size (1366x768 pas correctement supporté)

Hi, thanks for reporting, I'll keep this open for all issues related to text size.

We're planning some improvements, so there will be more usable range in the UI scale on smaller screens - for example scrolling in the lists of isurance companies and departments.
Plus, there are a few specific places where we can simply enlarge the text.
