Looking awesome, menu is clean and simple. Easy on the eyes and pretty colourful with the pallet you're using,

nope - its can be resized - look at sizes of rooms on prefab also rooms in game screens - some rooms are large or small - hint - look at how small the toilet room in above screenshot compare with other screenshots which shows rooms can be resized

Prefabs are fixed - that's why you see how large they are, right in the name. But you can build your hospital yourself, or modify prefabs in any way you'll see fit. Every department has a few mandatory items, the rest is up to you.

Had a chance to take a really close look at these shots and there's some really interesting details there!
If you look in Frank Martin's GP's office (up and slightly to the left) there is more equipment in there than I've seen in the other shots of GP's office. Looks as though he has equipment for conducting a hearing test (looks like a machine with a pair of headphones on the table) and a machine with a probe that looks similar to one of those that they use to take your temperature from your ear (very hard to tell)... I've noticed there is another one of those machines in the ward to the right hand side of the image. Speaking of which, there looks as though there is a Mantis stereoscopic microscope on an adjustable arm mount at one of the workstations in there! Will the equipment they have in their offices dictate what they're able to diagnose and how quickly/accurately?
I've also noticed lockers in the staff room... interesting detail and a nice touch! When staff arrive to start their shift will they'll have to visit the staff rooms first to get changed and store their belongings? Would be an interesting element in designing our hospitals if we're having to think about where we're building our staff rooms to optimize staff flow.
Man I'd love 10 minutes with this game So many buttons I want to press to have a nose around haha.
