[OPEN] Disappearing stretchers and/or bucket carts

As requested in the steam discussion thread I hereby provide you with my savegame and output log.

Also in this save there's the bug with janitors not cleaning bloodstains on floors.

Let's see what we can find in the save.

And looking at the save, here's a quick tip
If you mark the corridors as a 'corridor' room type, the blood should get cleaned straight away - the janitors always prioritize their own departments, so if the area doesn't belong to any, it will be cleaned last.

Haha! Alright.. Did it now and now they clean up the blood aswell! Not a bug then.
