Staff Rooms/Canteens

A major part of any shift in any hospital for cleaners to consultants is the sitting down for lunch, failure to do so tends to impact everything from attitude to productivity and with that in mind, will staff needs be implemented at any point in development?

I think it can be a good feature, to have a canteen or a place where staff can go rest and/or eat when they need. But it may be better if the staff does it automaticly, i think it will be too much micro management if we have to tell to concerned staff to go eat and rest ect

Hi, staff needs are an important part of the game, including rest and hunger. Skipping lunch (well, we're talking about a quick boxed lunch at a table in the staff room) will definitely have an impact on productivity and satisfaction.

Indeed, staff room is needed and canteen or cafeteria even for hospital visitors like patient's family would be amazing.

can different types of food be order? How will it be? Go to vending machine and buy food? Or go to the canteen and order food there? Will staff sit together as part of a social need if emotion needs is in the game? I wonder if the graphics is detail enough to show this?
I hope different drinks can be order too?
