[QUESTION] the option "patients can die" dont work¿?

the option "patients can die" dont work because in my game the stupid ambulance still come when a patien is colapsed in the bathroom or in the bed, the time for this action is short too, nobody can die in game?

Hi, it works, but it's by design pretty hard to actually kill patients in a well designed hospital (and there are some penalties for it). Usually it's cases like patients at the ICU in a critical state waiting for surgery for a very long time and similar - on average it's if you let a patient collapse 3-4 times.
