I tried several times to build a hospital in sandbox mode. The Room allocation dont work for me. I attached two Screenshots. The first one shows the ground plan with allocated rooms, but without doors and windows. The second onehave doors and windows placed. Look what happening in the Room overview

Hi - well, the management mode tells you that the room is operational when fully equipped with mandatory equipment. So you just need to put the mandatory equipment in each room Wink
