Have a new issue with the 1st campaign hospital. I have a patient that i can't get a 100% diagnosis on. I've performed all possible examinations. There's absolutely nothing left to do except send the patient away?

Attached the save file. Patient name is Carol Robinson, she's currently in general surgery regular ward.
